Refund policy

We offer FREE UK returns.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Spin & Yarn. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand new, unused condition, and include their original tags and packaging. Please notify us on info@spinandyarn.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team at info@spinandyarn.com to initiate a return.
2. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will get in touch with instructions for returning the item. 

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancelling an Order

Due to the quick turnaround time both in our warehouse and picking line, once an order has been confirmed we are unable to make changes or cancel an order that has already been dispatched. You may still contact us; to cancel your order if we have not already confirmed or picked your order, if you need to update your delivery address.
